We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. JAMAGRASHA, LLC will gladly accept returns in new and unused condition and in the original packaging, within 60 days of the order shipment date. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. STEPS: Please contact us first to initiate the return:

2) Once we have received your returned package, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
3) We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
4) If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
5) You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. PLEASE NOTE, IT CAN TAKE UP TO 30 DAYS TO RECEIVE YOUR REFUND.
